The words of Andrea Riccardi on the occasion of the march commemorating the deportation of Roman Jews in the October 16, 1943, organized by the Sant'Egidio Community and entitled: "There is no future without memory."<br><br>The commemoration off October 16, 1943 was attended by the chief rabbi of Rome, Riccardo Di Segni, the founder of the Community of Sant'Egidio, Andrea Riccardi, the president of the Jewish Community of Rome Ruth Dureghello, the mayor of Rome Virginia Rays and the president of the Region Lazio Nicola Zingaretti.
